Project Overview
A national infrastructure and civil engineering contractor engaged Actrify to assess its readiness for zero-emission projects and electrification. Increasing climate requirements in public tenders, financial incentives tied to CO₂ reduction targets, and the need for better digital control across project phases motivated a structured pre-study.
Actrify’s Contribution
Actrify conducted a targeted pre-study including process mapping, document review, and stakeholder interviews. The work covered existing digital tools and workflows across tendering, planning, and execution — resulting in a gap analysis, a target-state roadmap, and a conceptual description of a project-level digital twin.
Collaboration & Approach
The project was delivered in close cooperation with the client’s internal climate lead and project management team. Actrify led scoping, process documentation analysis, and structured workshops, drawing on specialists in electrification, energy systems, and digital simulation.
Outcome
The pre-study provided a clear decision basis for how the client should govern and support zero-emission and electrified projects going forward. Actrify identified concrete gaps between documented processes and actual practice, and outlined a prioritized roadmap — including digital twin concepts and AI-assisted tooling for tendering and project control.
